    I'm accountable and great in a crunch. Once the scope and game plan is determined, I work hard to deliver to the plan on time. With realistic estimates it's full speed ahead to completion. I am proactive, determined, focused and passionate.

    Delegating tasks to divide and conquer- I have managed teams, assigning project tasks to meet goals within the given constraints. When necessary, I use a stopwatch to more accurately forecast. Reporting time estimates to management helps manage expectations, keeping the project on track and updated for any necessary changes in the scope, objectives or design goals.

I make it a point to define project goals clearly, establish the tasks and requirements, and create a comprehensive project plan. This plan typically includes timelines, resources, budget, risk management plans, and communication strategies. I’ve found that thorough planning and organization help ensure that my projects stay on track and meet their objectives.

Leadership and Team Management

I strive to provide clear direction, motivate my team members, manage conflicts, and make informed decisions. I also work to foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and communication. I believe that a motivated and cohesive team is key to the success of any project.

Communication

I ensure that all stakeholders – including my team members, sponsors, and other relevant parties – are kept informed about the project’s progress, changes, and any issues that arise. This open and regular communication helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that everyone is working towards the same goals.

Risk Management

Every project comes with potential risks that could derail its success. I make it a point to identify potential risks early on, assess their impact, and develop contingency plans to manage them. This proactive approach to risk management helps ensure that my projects stay on track, even when unexpected issues arise.
